Star Simpson, the 19 year old MIT student arrested recently for wearing a “hoax device” (a piece of her artwork) to Boston’s Logan Airport, is selling t-shirts to raise funds for her legal costs. I don’t necessarily think that her decision was a wise one; irrespective of recent security paranoias, she had to suspect that people might be wary of an unrecognizable, seemingly electronic device strapped to her chest. However, she clearly does not deserve the charges being pressed against her.
I like how widely applicable the t-shirt’s message is:

It’s a chorus I imagine many iPhone owners are singing today.
